Two sites and two levels of technology. Our Hall brewery highlights the traditional infusion mash ale system whereas the contemporary Riverside brewery highlights our ability to innovate through technology. The Hall is about experimentation and barrel-aging and creation. Riverside is innovation, allowing us to attain perfection through fantastic brewing, quality control and packaging of the beer.

Cask Beers
With over 200 industry and consumer awards over the past 5 years our cask beer continues to highlight the importance of traditional ale in the British pub. We take traditional styles and give them the Thornbridge Never Ordinary treatment. Whether it is fantastic hops from around the world or novel herbs, spices and fruits, our casks are always a contemporary take on a traditional style.

Our keg beers – all unfiltered and unpasteurised – highlight the diversity in styles of beer there are. We take great pride and enjoyment in making these and relish in the challenge to match some of the world’s best beers.

Bottled Beers
Brewing has forever pushed the boundaries of technology. We found a way to use it to harness our passion for great flavoured beer. This means no pasteurisation or filtration. No stealing of delicate flavour and aroma molecules. This is Craft Beer as it should be. A complex combination of all that makes beer great.

This weekend our new Belgian Blonde is out! First Pour at DAda May 24th.
Effervescent yet full bodied, the Belgian yeast strain gives aromas of pineapple and clove and flavours of banana, honey with just a hint of bubblegum
