The two Thornbridge founders and owners, Jim and Simon, are lifelong fans of Sheffield Wednesday Football Club and being approached to brew their official beer was a dream come true – especially as it meant they could also enjoy pints of it in the stadium! It’s an accessible pale ale with flavourful overtones of lemon and grapefruit, it has a good balance and easy drinkability.
