Big news for Beer Club Members this week. As always, we have been keen to hear your feedback, and while there have been some divisive styles in our pursuit of ‘Innovation, Passion and Knowledge’, we will continue to keep exploring the latest trends and techniques whilst continuing to brew ‘to style’.
We closely monitor feedback on Beer Club membership and ask for feedback on any cancellations. One thing we have noticed in the past couple of months is that nearly all of the cancellations are for one of the following reasons – ‘have too much beer already’, ‘don’t have the funds currently’ or ‘returning to pubs so not drinking as much at home’.
With the return of pubs, bars and restaurants and the feedback that we’ve been given, we have decided to reduce the monthly membership to £30 with immediate effect. Therefore, the next payment taken on the 1st of July will be for £30.
The very essence of the box will continue with all of our new releases, collabs and the occasional classic but there will just be fewer beers in total. Whereas previously the retail value of the box was £50 (charged at £40), it will now have a retail value of £40 (charged at £30). Delivery included.
All the great membership perks will continue including 15% off all subsequent orders, a birthday gift on us, a great ‘members only’ glass on your one-year anniversary (which we have just ordered, and it looks great!) etc. Absolutely nothing will change other than the fact you have more money in your bank account each month (due to the lower subscription fee) and will receive slightly fewer beers.
