Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee cancellation as orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel, please email online@thornbridge.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged in Transit
We take great care to ensure all orders leave the brewery in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please email online@thornbridge.co.uk with a photo and your order details and we’ll get it sorted for you.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original condition and packaging.
To arrange a return, email online@thornbridge.co.uk with your proof of purchase. Please include your order number and a brief note inside the parcel so we can match it to your account when it arrives.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method — timings will depend on your card provider or bank.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser. If you’d prefer they weren’t notified, you’re welcome to return the item yourself — just get in touch at online@thornbridge.co.uk and we’ll advise on next steps.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over £20, as we're unable to guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. If you are returning beer or glass bottles, please ensure your chosen shipping service is aware of the contents, as some carriers have restrictions on transporting liquids and fragile items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider first as processing times can vary. If you’re still having trouble, get in touch at online@thornbridge.co.uk.
