Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. This excludes pre orders and beer club orders.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Fuel Surcharge - current Issues
Our delivery partners have introduced additional fuel surcharges which have increased the overall cost of shipping. We’ve absorbed these changes for as long as possible, but to keep things sustainable while maintaining the quality and service you expect, we’re making a small adjustment. From now on, delivery will be:
• Orders under £40 – £6.95 shipping + £1 fuel surcharge
• Orders £40–£60 – Free shipping + £1 fuel surcharge
• Orders over £60 – Free shipping
These will be introduced from 13 April

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Gift Cards / Experience bookings and other e-services are not included in the free delivery threshold
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Thornbridge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Thornbridge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is available on request, please send an email, with your full address, to onlineshop@thornbridge.co.uk for individual pricing.
Returns Policy
Our Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to us and a refund for the cost of the goods will be processed but not for the cost of shipping. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this amended.
Christmas/Holiday Deliveries
We will endeavour to maintain our delivery schedules and will inform of any changes and cut off dates on the home page. We will send out orders placed after this date but with the courier network often being so busy we cannot guarantee that these will arrive in the normal time period
