Celebrate Oktoberfest 2026 with Thornbridge

Oktoberfest is one of the world's most famous beer celebrations, bringing people together to enjoy great beer, food and company. While the festival officially takes place in Munich from 19 September to 4 October 2026, you don't need to travel to Bavaria to enjoy some of Germany's finest brewing traditions.

At Thornbridge, we've long been inspired by classic European beer styles, and this Oktoberfest we're shining a spotlight on four beers that showcase the very best of German brewing.

Lukas Helles Lager (4.2%)

Crisp, refreshing and endlessly drinkable, Lukas is our take on a traditional Helles lager. Balanced and approachable, it's the perfect beer for long evenings with friends and a great introduction to classic Bavarian lager.

Zehn Fest Bier (6%)

Brewed in the style of the stronger lagers served at Oktoberfest itself, Zehn delivers a fuller body, rich malt character and satisfying strength. It's a beer made for raising a stein and celebrating the season.

Heff Wheat Beer (5%)

Inspired by Germany's beloved wheat beers, Heff is smooth, refreshing and packed with character. Its cloudy appearance and distinctive yeast profile make it a classic choice for those looking to explore traditional German styles.

Bayern Pilsner (4.8%)

Clean, crisp and elegantly bitter, Bayern showcases the refined drinkability that has made German pilsners famous around the world. Refreshing and flavourful in equal measure, it's a beer you'll keep coming back to.

Whether you're hosting your own Oktoberfest celebration, visiting your local pub or simply looking to discover something new, these four beers offer a taste of Germany through the Thornbridge lens. Prost!
