Christmas Beer Cocktails

Did someone say, Christmas Cocktails?
Here are some delicious beer cocktails for you to try over the festive period.
Mulled Jaipur
Serves: 4
Takes: 5 mins
  • 500ml Jaipur 
  • 50ml Dark Sugar 
  • juiced Orange
  • Cinnamon
  • cloves
  • Sliced Oranges
  • Star Anise
  • Brandy Optional
 
Method: 
  • Put 500ml bottle of Jaipur on the hob with sugar
  • heat with spices, juiced and sliced oranges for 10mins
  • Add brandy (Optional)
  • Pour into a heat-proof mug or glass tankard
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick and Orange
 
Cocoa Wonderland Martini. 
Takes: 5 mins
  • 25ml cold espresso
  • 25ml coffee liqueur
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 50ml Cocoa Wonderland
Method: 
  • Add Espresso, coffee Liqueur, and sugar syrup into a shaker. 
  • Fill with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 7 Seconds
  • Add 50ml of Cocoa Wonderland to the Martini Glass
  • Strain the shaken espresso, coffee Liqueur, and sugar syrup into a martini or coupe glass.

Guava Christmas Mojito
Takes: 5 mins
  • 1 chopped lime
  • 50ml spiced rum
  • Bunch of mint leaves
  • 330ml Guava Christmas
  • Garnish with Mint 
Method:
  • Take two tall highball glasses.
  • divide chopped lime and rum between them. 
  • Muddle them together with a muddling stick or the handle of a wooden spoon to release a little of the lime juice into the rum. 
  • Add ice then bruise a small bunch of mint leaves by holding them in the palm of one hand then hitting them with the other like a clap. 
  • Sprinkle the mint leaves into the glasses
  • divide 330ml of Guava Christmas between them. 
  • Garnish with a mint spring and serve.
