Booking – Terms and Conditions
The terms of booking, cancellation policy and other information below apply to all table bookings at The Taproom, Thornbridge Brewery, irrespective of how or when a booking is made.
How to secure your reservation
Reservations can be made online through our table booking service
When to arrive
The time you book your table for is when you will be seated.
If you are late
Please call us on 01629 815 994 if you are not going to arrive before the time your table is booked.
Should you not arrive within 15 minutes after your booking time, the table will be released. We cannot guarantee that your table will still be available, however we will endeavour, if at all possible, to allocate a later seating for you.
How to cancel a reservation
We do not charge a deposit but please inform us of a cancellation by emailing taproom@thornbridge.co.uk with advance notification of at least 48 hours.
Our menu can change
Beers specified on our social media or on our website may not be available on the day of your visit.
Large parties / Group Bookings
For parties of 10 or more guests, please contact us prior to making a booking so that we can be certain of accommodating you.
Wedding Parties
Planning a wedding? we can offer space in our taproom Monday to Friday. Please contact Russell via taproom@thornbridge.co.uk who can help you plan your perfect day
