We have another exciting month planned for Thornbridge Beer Club!

For July, we’re sending you three completely new beers. First up is Ster, a Continental Lager brewed with Saaz hops. Crisp, clean and wonderfully refreshing, it’s the perfect beer for a summer day. Next is Midwest, our Hoppy American Wheat. It has a soft, pillowy body with excellent mouthfeel, while the vibrant hop bill brings notes of mango, kiwi and a subtle hint of grape. Finally, we’re excited to introduce our latest Union collaboration: Made Glorious Summer, a Special Pale Ale brewed with Brooklyn Brewery Brewmaster Garrett Oliver and the outstanding Brasserie de la Senne from Belgium. Garrett and de la Senne’s Yvan De Baets have been friends for many years and are both “knights” of Belgium’s ancient brewers’ guild, yet they had never brewed together until now. This Special Pale Ale is brewed with African fonio grain and continental Pilsner malt, with oats and unmalted wheat for a classic Belgian touch. Slovenian Celeia hops and English Jester hops bring bright citrus, floral notes and a subtle earthiness. Fermented with a characterful English yeast, delivering gentle fruity esters and a clean, dry finish. A refined pale ale balancing Belgian tradition and British brewing heritage.
