We are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of campaigns and Marketing plans. They will be responsible for creating fresh, innovative and engaging content to help grow the Thornbridge brand, and help manage the customer journey. We are looking for a creative individual with strong organisational and communication skills, with a flair for content creation and serious attention to detail.
Delivering diverse creative multi-channel content that’s fresh, innovative, on-brand and customer focused to a high standard across multiple digital channels.
Facilitating the customer journey at key touch points adopting a continuous improvement mentality focused on right content, the right time and right channel.
Developing creative and engaging content with a view to building brand awareness
Creation and development of multimedia content to support campaigns, social media content, product marketing videos, web content and PR activity.
Ensuring a high level of engagement at all times, maintaining impeccable creative standards.
Working with the wider sales and marketing team on campaign planning and production scheduling from development to multimedia commercial delivery.
Responding to ad-hoc creative briefs and presenting exciting creative responses to the team.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends across social, including the latest ad formats, social media updates etc.
Skills required for the role:
Proven ability to create standout content ideas for maximum coverage and impact whilst staying on brand and reflecting company values.
Experience managing social, influencer, PR, blog channels.
A perfectionist with great attention to detail and creative ideas.
A team player who enjoys collaborating across channels.
An eye for photography/videography and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Formal qualifications in marketing, digital media or an associated field would be beneficial, but not essential, for this role.
