Thornbridge Brewery x Wiper and True

It was great to welcome the Wiper and True team to our home in Bakewell as we love the clear attention to quality they put into all of their range and we were excited to work with them.

Together we decided on one of our favourite styles, the ESB, but wanted to take a fresh approach. We used a healthy addition of Rye within the malt bill to enhance the fullness and warmth of the body of the beer. We felt this would really work well with a crisp and citrus led hop bite, so decided on Waimea from New Zealand and Amarillo from the US, for an extra punch of orange and grapefruit
