We always jump at the chance to brew a big West Coast IPA, particularly when we can make one with our friends at Newtown Park. We put our heads together to create a particularly enticing hop combination that would give this beer a truly distinctive character. On the nose there is a bouquet of grapefruit and citrus with just a hint of grassiness. The mouthfeel is smooth and finishes dry, with a light floral bite and stone fruit flavours on the palate.
