Kashpur, 5.7% IPA

We have always been very impressed with the beers from Salopian, particularly their Kashmir, which they describe as ‘an elegant Salopian version of an IPA’ and we thought the profile of this would work perfectly in a mash-up with our Jaipur!

Our brewers worked together on the best way to bring these two recipes together and using a blend of ingredients from both we feel they certainly got it bang on. There is a plethora of citrus fruit, hints of pine and the lingering dry finish both beers are renowned for
