This limited version of Necessary Evil has been aged in Pedro Ximénez barrels for 8 months. The classic sweet flavours of raisins and dates from the sherry provide an extra layer of intricacy to this award-winning beer

Best served around 10-12°C, so take out of the fridge for a while before serving. Whilst this beer will age well, there is no time like the present, so we recommend opening
and enjoying it as soon as possible.
