Quiet Storm Ahtanum 5.5% Single Hopped Pale Ale

Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing.

Ahtanum was first released in 1997 and the name is a nod to the area in which the first US hop farm was established, way back in 1869, by Charles Carpenter. This has been a key hop for Thornbridge over the years and is an integral part of the Jaipur recipe, bringing a great range of citrus and floral notes to any beer.
