Quiet Storm Amarillo, 5.5% Single Hopped Pale Ale

Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing.

Amarillo is a veteran of the American hop scene, having been around since the late 90s, and it has lasted so long for good reason! Its distinct flavour profile, including citrus, floral undertones and a hint of spice, has led brewers from around the world to use it and at Thornbridge it features in a number of our recipes
