Quiet Storm Centennial, 5.5% Single Hopped Pale Ale

Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties, the ambition of this project is to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing.

Centennial is a belter of a hop variety which was released in the 90s and came out of the American west coast having been created from a mix of UK and German hops. It works fantastically as a single hop with an earthy, floral character and overtones of lemon and grapefruit
