We had a great brewday in Bakewell with the team from Neon Raptor; firstly brewing Pandoras Box, a huge and flavourful DIPA for can and keg at our Riverside brewery, then we were also keen to do a cask beer together and created Stingray on our Hall brewery. Stingray is a Classic Stout made using 6 different malt varieties for an intricate flavour profile with characters of roasted hazelnuts, coffee and caramel. We use a light touch of American hops, Chinook and Centennial, for a bump of floral citrus notes to keep the beer well balanced.
