The Heart Desires was originally conceived as a humble blonde ale made with our house yeast. Over time, the project evolved into a sour beer aged with fruit in Burgundy barrels.

Pouring hazy yellow with a fine white head, this charming creation gives elegant grape, yeast, herbs, and citrus notes which translate to soft, balanced shades of Sauvignon Blanc on the tongue.

Although these beers are approaching past their BBD but have stood the test of time well and have developed some incredible flavours not previously experienced when the beers were fresh.
