The Road To Unruin is brewed with our friends at Allkin Brewery; the name symbolising the journey Allkin are taking to literally rise from the ashes, after their first brewery (Good Things Brewing Co) was destroyed by lightning! They didn’t want that to be the end of their story and are working hard to get back into a new site, to once again brew great beer. For our collaboration, we have made a dry-hopped saison, an exquisite and sparkling style that lifts the palate with a spicy and fruity character which is elevated with touches of lemon and pineapple from the hop additions.
