A Riffle is a reach of stream where shallow, fast-moving water is broken by the presence of rocks and boulders. Riffles are found both near us here in Derbyshire and in Suffolk, near our friends at Burnt Mill Brewery. The beer itself is our collective take on a West Coast IPA, with an exceptionally pale malt base and a careful combination of both classic and modern US hop varieties, giving a crisp, clean beer full of tropical and piney aromatics.
