Clear the Vault, 6.8% West Coast IPA

Thornbridge x Vault City

We jumped at the chance to work with the brilliant team at Vault City. In Bakewell, we’ve decided to brew something rooted in our classic style - a crisp, clear West Coast IPA (keep an eye out for what we’ll be cooking up together in Scotland!). We agreed on using the experimental hop HBC522 from Yakima Chief, which tastes like a classic American “C” hop, bursting with orange, grapefruit and pine. To complement this, we’ve added Strata, 
for its huge layers of vibrant tropical fruit
